
Since 2012, Chris has been coaching high performers at all levels and across fields from the board room to Olympians, and across the tactical space with first responders and multiple military units across branches. Coaching found Chris following a major life changing hospitalization that highlighted just how precious health and independence in everyday activities truly are.
Originally specializing in kinesiology and exercise physiology, Chris has expanded his practice into functional nutrition to holistically tailor his coaching across all domains of performance

Victoria began coaching from a deep love of movement and the confidence it gave her. That confidence extended far beyond the gym and into everyday life. Over time, that passion evolved into a focus on freedom of movement: helping clients move well so they fully enjoy their lives without limitation. She has worked extensively with a broad range of clients from high school through menopause and specializes in helping find effective and sustainable lifestyle solutions.

Health and performance transcend the individual pillars of fitness and nutrition and we emphasize the interconnectivity of mind and body to facilitate significant and lasting lifestyle change.
We believe in the transformational power of everyone's unique Hero's Journey and the struggles and growth that can only occur when tested. Self discovery happens along the pathway of progress, not at some unknowable place of perfection.
As coaches, we continuously strive to stay at the razor's edge of evidence informed care and consistently refine our practice. Similarly, our protocols grow and evolve with you, just as you grow and evolve implementing them.
