Good training requires a solid assessment to determine where you are in relation to where you want to go. Once we establish Point A, your program is given direction to clear up dysfunction, bring up any lagging areas, and develop strength and durability across your body.
We take training beyond the muscle and focus on developing strong and functional joints, durable connective tissue, and a robust nervous system to ensure that you are not just able to perform once, but sustain optimal performance over time. We do what other's won't to get results other's can't.
This training is hard and intentionally so. The goal is to push you past your current limits, which by definition means it will be uncomfortable. Everything is controlled and done within reach of your abilities to ensure your safety and cultivate success, but it will require a bit of work.
